PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, money orders and pre-printed personal checks. Only credit cards can be accepted for on-line ordering. Personal checks must be drawn on a United States bank.

FOREIGN ORDERS:
All amounts are in U.S. Dollars. All videos are available in either NTSC or PAL format .

PAL FORMAT VIDEOS:
For our foreign customers who require PAL format we are able to ship your videos in PAL for an additional $5.00 per video title.

SHIPPING:
We will ship anywhere on the planet. All orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Orders are usually shipped via first class mail. When ordering more than one video we will ship via Priority Mail.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR U.S:
$5.00 for one video or $3.00 for each video when ordering more than one from the United States.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR CANADA:
$5.00 for each video from Canada.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR FOREIGN ORDERS:
All foreign orders cost $9.00 per video ordered. All foreign orders are shipped individually and without labels. All packages are hand written and all paperwork is mailed separately from the order.

EXPRESS SERVICE:
If you are in a hurry, we can express your order to you. International orders will be shipped via Federal Express 2 Day service. Domestic orders will be shipped via UPS 2 day service. These services cost additional and will be billed to you at our cost. Express order requests must be received prior to 3:00 p.m., Pacific Coast time.

BACK ORDERS:
There are none. We duplicate everything in house and keep all of our titles in stock.

RETURNS:
Matrock will not accept returns for any reason unless the video is defective or the incorrect item was sent to you in error. In the event this should happen please contact our customer service department for assistance, and we'll be happy to correct your order.
